Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Paula

This place is extremely understaffed or poorly managed. I ordered a regular pizza and it took them 50 minutes to get me my order, didn 't even warn me of the wait. A guy walked in after I ordered and he got his 3 customized orders before me. I even asked why it was taking so long and they just said Online orders have priority . Don 't ever order here In person unless you want to wait close to an hour.

I placed an online order and received the wrong items. When I reached out for a solution, they refused to remake my order unless I placed another online order, and they didn't even offer a refund. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and they all had an attitude. This place really needs a complete overhaul.

Almost always get our order right and on time! I appreciate how busy they get, though. Still the best priced pizza around for picky kiddos!
