Great place to be at and great service. Cheap but still good for those looking for a quick pizza run.

This location is suffering from blatant lack of staff. They need to hire 2 more people so you don't have to stand there for 10 minutes while they ignore you. Absolutely horribly managed. The owners must not care because there's plenty of evidence in these reviews. I've currently waited 40 minutes for an order of crazy bread and it's still not done. No pizzas mind you, just ONE order of crazy bread.

I?ve gone to this Little Caesars about 5-6 times now. Last night I got out of work late and was craving Little Caesars so I decided to call and ordered. My call went through 2 times and the phone rang and rang but no one answered. Finally, I arrived to Little C?s. I was the 3rd in line. The 2 people ahead of me told me that they had been waiting there for over 5 minutes to place their orders but no one was coming to the cashier. About 5 minutes later, the guy cutting the pizzas came to the front and sold a pepperoni pizza to the 1st guy in line. The guy paid cash; the cashier took the money, gave him change and then ran to the back to put in another pizza in the oven and then ran back to start cutting pizzas. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS NOR TOOK OUR ORDERS. He continues to cut pizzas and the couple ahead of me and I decided to leave. When people in the parking lot saw us leaving; I think they got suspicious so I saw a couple more people leave too. #1 poor customer service- I saw 3 people working in the back and 1 should?ve came right away to take our orders. We waited an average of 12 minutes and no one ever helped or approached me or the couple ahead of me. #2 COVID- they should have stricter rules on hand washing and disinfecting. Cross contamination! #3 weak management- people train your staff on time management and customer service. They shouldn?t let the phone ring over and over; they shouldn?t loose clients because of their poor customer skills Hopefully management is able to read this and implement better policies, procedures and guidelines to their employees.

Good pizza for the time that it takes. However, I recommend ordering a Hot and Ready pizza as the workers (especially after 4:00 P.M. and in the summer) are usually teenagers who don 't focus very much on the job at hand, leading to an excessively long wait. All in all, not the best service, but the pizza is good and it usually comes fairly quickly most of the time.
