Bidra med feedbackLast few times I have been here there is this miserable gentleman (short, I think Indian) with a pretty crappy attitude. Everyone here it seems hate their job, but there is a bad vibe about this dude overall. Even for fast food, this is bad customer service. I think it's it's time to move on and eat where paying costumers are treated like human beings. Don't know how some people make it in the service industry.
The service was rushed, unprofessional, and my sandwich was basically thrown together. I only live a few blocks away from this store and when I got home, my sandwich went everywhere when I took the wrapping off (I had to put it back together myself and the bread was sooo soggy). So, I wrote Corporate to a Joseph S and he wrote me back and apologized but no attempt whatsoever, to make it right. I paid $11 for a footlong and feel I got robbed.
I sent my son to this Subway and they just left him standing there for 10 minutes without helping him. I understand that things need to be kept clean, but it was completely rude to not help the single person waiting. That person needs to be helped, and THEN the station needs to be cleaned. It doesn't take every person to stop everything and not help the customers that were waiting. It took his entire lunch and we are NOT HAPPY!!! :
I hate to complain, but I ordered a meatball marinara sandwich and I wanted to add Spinach. The worker named Singh only added LITTERALY 3 leafs. I asked him to please add more and he said he can't because his manager will charge him. WTF?! I again asked him to add more as I was getting very irritated because I never heard of that before. He added four more leafs on top. I took a picture of it and told him you need to add more. And he said his manager gets mad at him. I will be contacting corporate. Is Singh lying or is Subway really that shady? I took a photo of my sandwich.
I genuinely love Subway and tend to not criticize any of them; however, this Subway has been by far the worst one I have been to. I am writing this review in hopes that management/ownership sees this and changes something because I am located near this subway. First off, the building itself is nice and feels modern; however, the staff is very cold and apathetic. The employee had has his mask on and was sniffling the entire time. Second, the employee skimped out on everything: cheese, lettuce, spinach. I understand if you skimp out on meat but lettuce is a core ingredient of a sub. Third, he started tossing my sandwich around up and down like it was a salad. And lastly, he drenched my sub in sauce. I am not able to enjoy the subway anymore as it has been beaten and drowned.I really hope some changes happen
