In the afternoon at 9/21/22. The front and back of the staff were so beautiful. Amazing customer service. The facility was really clean. Even tho it was a Slo night Chuck e came out for a few performances.

Yesterday I had a really bad experience with a young girl working there. We were at the price switch at 9:00 and the employee saw us there and didn't come to us. Instead, she ignored us and approached us at 9:04 and explained that the policy was that after nine she could not pay out our prices. Friendly service, good food, lots of space for a party! My son really enjoyed his birthday party! Also a great place for a school fundraiser!

Not very clean, staff is not very warm or friendly. No one seems to be in charge. The counters weren't manned often and when folks were ready to cash on their tickets, no one came for nearly ten minutes.

I went in to a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese with pretty low expectations. What I got was a pretty good experience! They offer gluten free pizza! The restaurant was clean and the pizza was actually good. It was a little expensive for things like salad and the choices were limited but the kids had fun and were treated really well by the staff. Shout out to the staff for being very good to the children!
