This establishment is at the top for its seafront location! private beach and great infrastructure! Very pleasant swimming pool at the end of the day to cool off after the beach! The location of our studio was very good with a nice view. the welcome at the restaurant and bar was very pleasant: We had dinner there twice, it was very good! Top notch pizza! The staff very welcoming and efficient! The studio equipment is basic but sufficient for a family of 4 people. *However, certain things could be improved regarding the studio mezzanines: the lower sofa bed is not comfortable for adults, especially for a week's stay! the children therefore used it but as a result it was they who had the advantage of air conditioning which was very useful in this summer heat but very poorly placed because the mezzanine does not benefit from the freshness generated; which is a big inconvenience for us parents who slept upstairs! It is also a shame not to have a more darkening curtain in this upstairs room as well as in the kitchen window (it's a detail but the sun rises early in Corsica!! my last negative point will be in the shower which is very narrow for a non-watermark adult and very dark with this dark gray curtain. There is a charge for deckchairs and parasols on the beach (even if the price is very reasonable but the space is large enough and above all uncoveted for everyone to find something there. We enjoyed it very much!! We also rented a Stand-up Paddle for €10 per half hour. There are also jet skis.

We spent our summer holidays in this establishment which we highly recommend. Everything is there to feel good and it is ideally placed to visit Corsica. The accommodation was beautiful and immaculately owned. The Marea Beach restaurant is a real delight! We had a few: breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs, dinners and not to mention the children 's snacks, all on the magnificent terrace with a splendid view of the beach and the sea, we enjoyed ourselves at all levels. The swimming pool and children 's play areas are also top notch. We would like to thank Jean-Louis, Julie and the whole team for their welcome and kindness. A beautiful, quiet, very clean facility. We (2 adults, two children 8 and 13 years old) stayed there for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was always very courteous and helpful, the staff at the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly. The distances are all short, between the pool and the beach (very well maintained) are just 200m, you can walk to the nearest supermarket along the beach, takes about 15 minutes. The price-performance ratio is right and the starting point for excursions, especially to the north, was great from our point of view. We'll be back for sure Rooms: Very clean and functional. Everything is thought of and everything is there. The facility is also in good condition and maintained. Nearby activities: Great pools, pretty mountain villages, it's not far to Bastia, and a large supermarket (casino) can be reached in 5 minutes by car
