Piñon Pub - Santa Fe

This bar in the food business of whole foods is very nice, with a large selection of microbrows, if that is her ding, as well as various foods available for order. sometimes, given the amount, the service can be a little average on speed, but the staff is very friendly and accomodating. we go about 2x per month to enjoy the hot food and salatable, along with a microbrow or a glass wein.

This is a great place to come out and chill somewhere downtown without having to be really downtown. There are a couple great restaurants around too! after you leave here you could go to one of those if you like as well. It gets really busy and takes awhile for the food to come out so be patient. The bartenders and the food prep people are working hard to get things done and have things looking good! Don't forget to come visit the Jens while you're here too!

The place was crowded which is good i guess. So i went try to order i waited next to bar expecting the bartender to take my order. Which it didnt happen after 8 to 10 minutes we decided just to eat our food and left. I wouldn't blame it on the bartender since he was by himself serving a crowd of 18 people or more. But still he could say at least hi, it would be a moment or something. Clearly, he seemed overwhelmed by the situation.

Stopped in for a beverage. Was gonna have a beer, but every single beer was either an IPA or a Gose. Settled for wine, and they had a decent selection. Gotta deal with the whole foods crowd, which is a treat. Apparently some have made it a destination stop. I won't, but could see stippi g for a glass of wine if I'm at the store.

If you want to wait an hour or more to try to pay your tab, this place is for you. Not enough people to help customers. Great oysters! But I just don’t have all night to spend here trying to pay. Never coming back here again.
