Jinja Bistro - Santa Fe

Well located. Interesting menu with many options from diverse cultures. Competent and friendly staff. Prices are a bit high, but not too far outside the norm.

I would say the dishes do have a particular flavor. I had the Kung pao shrimp, I gotta say the sweetness got me by surprise. But the cashews were definitely good. The pot stickers are okay, the homestyle udon was good. And the teriyaki chicken was good also. I did not find a dish that I liked. But I do like the atmosphere felt a little underdressed. But the sodas are delightful.

Always a good eating place although on the expensive side. The spirits mixologist is willing to hear your special request and if possible, mix it up for you.

Their version of surf and shave. it was amazing. he was cooked exactly right and it was delicious. our waitress was phenomenal that she was excellent. I think her name was ella.

That was my third time here and my first hunny! it was great! they always have good service and delicious food! the drinks from the bar we are? we recommend you try this place!
