Bidra med feedbackBecause after I was closed in my house for months, these are hostes and waiters really rude. the last thing I need is the attitude. I was sadly disappointed by my county chicken sandwich. flavor was bland (my ordinary bjs traveling are in order,) and the riders were right. I took two bites and didn't finish it. the waiter saw and said nothing. it was not enthusiastic to come back to this place. my burbank bjs experience was better.
One of the most busiest BJ's so even with reservations, there was a long wait. Luckily, we got to be seated in the bar with no waiting. The nachos here were not as big or as great as the one in Woodland Hills so it was kind of disappointing. It's amazing how these chain restaurants can't control their consistency across their brands. We were just glad we got seated right away, but the food did take a while to get to us.
The Ahi Tuna in the Ahi Tuna salad are a bit small in proportions, could use a bit more. The Jambalaya is great, but could be a bit less salty. Other than that, a good experience overall. The BJ chain is becoming a stable place to go, competing against places like Claim Jumpers.
Great food and service but it was very noisy in the indoor patio
My only comment really pertains to the training the restaurant employees are not applying when checking in customers using Open Table. This is the second time my reservation was considered a No Show because the host did not check me in correctly via Open Table. The other time was at Saddle Ranch at the same location ,Westfield Valencia. More training ???
