Mini Taiyaki Cafe - Santa Clara

The taiyakis have a mochi-like texture. While the quality of the custard could be improved, the red bean with walnuts was excellent. It feels like they’re offering something unique at an incredible value.

The restaurant has a stylish vibe, tucked away at the back of a hair salon. While I’m not a fan of walnuts in the red bean taiyaki, overall the taiyaki itself is good. However, the location is a bit questionable.

Crimson on the outside, warm, soft and gooey on the inside. these fish-shaped bucks, filled with custard or red bon fillings are amazing. I'm so glad they moved and I found her again.

A little hard to find, but totally worth it.
