Bidra med feedbackPatio dining was nice. Lots of options to customize your salad. Mac Cheese was disappointing- watery and grainy and our party’s salads were a mix of really good and kinda “meh”. Carrot cake was really good!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Arugula Salad, Carrot Cake, Mushroom Stew
A bit hard to find, tucked away off the road. Great food! Great portion sizes. I had a delicious greens, beets and goat cheese salad (The Beet Goes On). Hubbie had the black bean and kale nachos (spicy) and mushroom stew and really enjoyed both. Fresh delicious focaccia bread was a steal! So delicious! And great service. The flavors, textures, ingredient quality were awesome. Good wine selections, too. I had the kale Caesar and it was chopped very fine, which is great, and the little bursts of parmesan and anchovy and crunchy almond bits were fantastic. my only complaint/suggestion would be that they should massage the kale to make it more digestible and easy to chew (doesn't everyone do this?! My partner had the nutty pear-fessor and it was also delicious. We tried the panko goat cheese and it was very nicely crisped, but the flavor could have been improved with some black pepper or herbs mixed in. Vinaigrette offers refreshingly light food and beverages inside or else outside on a parasol-covered terrace in the back. After a hike on a warm afternoon the non-alcoholic tonic drinks hit the spot! We also opted to try the cheesy zucchini dip on the specials menu that was served warm with crispy tortilla chips. If anything, it would have been preferable if more chips came with the dip as we ended up using forks and spoons to eat the rest of the dip, which itself was so incredibly cheesy and delicious. Also on the menu are salads, sandwiches and soups that all looked enticing from what we saw at the other tables. So if you’re in the mood for a relaxing place to grab a drink or something fresh to eat while in Santa Fe, definitely pay Vinaigrette a visit. Added bonus, there’s parking out front.
