Red Sage Restaurant - Santa Ana

We were very happy with everything. the healed was excellent, as was the appetizers and drinks. our server, mario, was very attentive.

This was earlier a high quality gastronomic option in santa fe. Now the server seems to bump around with little personal attention to service. the nativity was the second rate quality. the prices are of course very high.

We had two nights dinner. in the first night there were no crab cakes or baby back ribs. the pasta of the day was described. there are no salads. we divided the calamari and divided the pasta of the day. both were brought together. in the second night there were no crab cakes. the pasta of the day was the same as the first night. we chose a pinot noir, it wasn't on camp. we chose the second and third options. they were not available. a few minutes later a draw came by with a print of available pinots. one was available. no real excuses, we were charged $10. the total service was schottig. neither server were professional. a server stopped the wine glasses to pour. eating was fair. the steak came with wild rice and asparagus. the healed came with roasted potato and a small baptism of spruten on a side and 3 grape tomatoes on the opposite side. brot came as a care. the hotel room was nice. Unfortunately there is no other option, except something at the casino.

Good was very good, but the service was very slow. we were served our food for 45 minutes after our order
