I've been supporting Mr. Chu's restaurants for decades with Osaki being my wife's favorite. Food and ingrediate quality, a true family run business environment, and their shared commitment to consistency are especially noteworthy. From the moment you walk in and see the koi swimming and Mr. CHU deftly working his magic behind the Sushi bar, you know everybody in your party is going to have a great experience. It's a very rare restaurant experience these days.
