Bidra med feedbackSoup and salad bar is always the best part along with the cheesy bread. Prices for main dishes have gone way up and quality is good not great. Fish, filet and ribs were all overcooked which ruins the overall enjoyment and sending everything back just delays the meal for others in your party. We'll obviously return for the Soup Salad bar and hope for the best, or allow time to return dishes that are not to our satisfaction. Over the years the only dish they usually don't overcook is the shrimp scampi.
The brunch buffet seemed scattered. The lox was by the hot chafing dishes. The mini bagels were by the desserts. The cream cheese was by the salad bar (in a different room). The crab claws and shrimp were in between hot foods. The carving station (prime rib only) was sharing a table with the omelet station. Regardless, the food was good. The coffee, champagne and mimosas were quickly refilled. The view is always great.
We had an amazing time celebrating a birthday. The view was stunning, the server provided excellent service, and the food was delightful. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly staff members from the valet to the hosts and servers throughout the restaurant.
Disappointing experience. The menu on the website is not accurate. Went specifically for the petrale sole, which is no longer available. Also, prices have jumped quite a bit from what is shown on the website. The chicken was so dry that it had to be sent back. The prime rib had good flavor but was tough and fatty. All three soups on the salad bar were pretty bad, with the clam chowder being inedible. Nice place and good service, but the food misses the mark, unfortunately.
Spectacular view but in summer, if you sit inside, go closer to sunset for that and the window shades will be up so you can see the view. It can be quite warm and bright near the windows so the shades are closed. We love this restaurant for the food and view.
