Our parents booked a weekend. After a day, they were home with belly cramps. It was confirmed that the hotel could treat allergies. It wasn't like that. My parents have been home for over a week with cramps and belly complaints. Not what we hoped for with the gift. I can only guess from the hotel.

Nice hotel in the Palatinate. Quiet, well maintained and wonderfully decorated four-star hotel in the little ones. Relaxing wellness area. The service was unfortunately divided into two classes. Some tables were served immediately and rewritten by the service. In contrast, we were allowed to wait up to thirty minutes for an order in the service and again five minutes for the drinks. The service in other hotels has brought our experience much more. Ergo the service is expandable. I would also recommend a uniform look for the service. Black pants are not black pants. There are fabric pants and worn jeans. Also a shirt should be knocked on arm and collar. I don't care about tattoos at all. It would be nice. Therefore, four stars in the service are well rated. It is still before lifting that the breakfast service was always friendly and trying to sweeten you tomorrow. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel and would book it again. Because the whole package was perfect.

They ruined us all weekend and didn't apologize. We both have an allergy and have therefore specifically asked if they can treat it before booking. Of course, they promised and we were reconfirmed until the food is served. Greeting from the kitchen is a complete waste. If we weren't careful here, we'd have to go to the hospital. The first band fell. Once again, our experience has pointed out that there might be something incompatible for us. But the main course will be good. Unfortunately not. We had to leave the weekend the following day as we spent the whole night and the morning in the toilet and had chickens and stomach cramps. So whoever has allergies, I suggest avoiding this hotel. To your own health.

We have an allergy that we mentioned several times at the beginning and we were assured that there are no problems with eating. First gear was not possible for us. The second attempt was the appetizer, unfortunately also pasted. But we suspected both times and could save us. At the main gear we have specifically addressed the operation on it again and the gear also went into the pants. Unfortunately in the truest sense of the word. We were both lying in bed with gastric cramps and fever, so we could not enjoy the stay and had to break off. It is shameful how easy the management handles the health of its guests here. I really do not wish it and hope that everyone with allergic reactions will read it and avoid the hotel of their health for love. We're still waiting for an apology.
