This evening, my husband and I went to Smoothie King for a fruit bowl. Since I have allergies, I requested specific fruit options and even paid extra for additional items. When my order arrived, it was not made according to my request and had no substitutions. I kindly informed the staff member that it wasn't what I had ordered. We explained the situation politely, but the employee suggested I just scrape the top off the fruit. The guy who took our order mentioned that she had accepted my request while taking my payment. The woman was rude and eventually agreed to make me another bowl. This was a $12 bowl!
