Big Bite Horisont - sane

Big Bite Vestkanten. I approached the staff and tried to make eye contact, but she was on her phone. I had to go all the way to the cashier and say "hi" before she realized I wanted to place an order. There was no smile, no greeting, just "nachos or cheese? All vegetables." The bread was drier than croutons from the Sahara. And it was like there was only half a Big Bite chicken fajitas on my plate. Because I had to run for the bus, I didn't have time to go back and give feedback.

Service, ABSOLUTELY rude! Dressing... DISGUSTING! Went back to demand a replacement, but received a nasty glance in return. Overpriced cheese that tasted like nothing! The cucumber was unevenly distributed on the baguette! Poorly spread butter.

I have not been disappointed yet. I haven't shopped here very often, but it is usually a popular place.

Stod i kø på big bite sammen med en annen. Bak disken stod 2 ansatte en som kuttet grønnsaker og en som laget sub til en kunde. De ansatte og kunden var visst bekjente og stod og pratet om alt og ingenting. Dette førte til at ingen gav oss i køen noe oppmerksomhet, og matlagingen gikk i et umåtelig tregt tempo. Jeg spurte pent om den ansatte som kuttet grønnsaker kunne hjelpe og betjene oss fordi vi hadde dårlig tid, men fikk beskjed av begge de ansatte at han ikke kunne betjene kassen og at vi måtte vente. Snakk om dårlig bruk av ressurser!!! Hvorfor kunne ikke den andre ansatte betjent oss i kassen, mens grønnsakmannen hjalp den andre kunden videre!?? Etter å ha stått der lenge nok fant vi et annet sted å spise!! Her går vi ikke tilbake!!
