Bidra med feedbackFriend suggested so I took my 16 year old son. Ordered the Miami and Tampa. Sandwich fine but my son noticed no pickles, no mustard. Cashier implied that he forgot to add which was strange given it lists on menu. Son remembered the Cuban sandwich in Miami we had and was frankly disappointed. Simple dill pickles and yellow mustard. Expensive too…all in 2 sandwiches, 2 cans of soda, and a water was $36 not including tip. Staff seemed new as would expect, just not well trained. Will give one more try.
Honestly one has to wonder if people in Roswell are foodies. This was mediocre at best. Place is cute, with the patio sunny and pleasant. Cuban bread pretty good. We lived in south Florida for years, had authentic Cuban food many, many times. We like new places, want them to succeed yet we know this one better pick up its pace. Pork was grainy, tough and fatty. Ham is ham, mustard is mustard, and pickles are pickles. $17.00 later, feeling cheated.
Was there yesterday and got a Miami Cuban sandwich. Service was great but the sandwich was disappointing. The ham was gristly, and there were very few pickles on the sandwich which I think make the sandwich. The best thing about it was the bread.
I’m Cuban born, I grew up in Miami, and have been an Atlanta area resident for the last 20 years. I can wholeheartedly say that Cubanos ATL satisfies our family’s Cuban sandwich cravings. These are authentically great. The meats. The cheese. The buttery toasted bread. EVERYTHING! Don’t miss out on a terrific sandwich, which perfectly captures the taste of Cuba and south Florida.
I have been wanting to try this place out for a long time, and I finally did a couple of weeks ago. The food was absolutely fantastic and the Cuban coffee was better than I had had at a Cuban restaurant in Miami Beach! The flan is to die for! I will definitely return.
