I waited at least 30 minutes for my sandwich and watched at least 6 people after me get their order. I don’t accept the explanation that mine was a hot sandwich and took that much longer. Very poor service was my experience. I won’t be going back! I’ll be going to Jimmy John’s from now on.

Always a great product. The cold subs are very good. The Italian on rosemary parm bread is my favorite, but if you get a hot sandwich like the famous philly, eat it in the store! The hot sandwiches are absolutely the best when they are fresh off the grill. The cold subs travel well and store well in the fridge for another time in the next day or two.

One of the only places where my food is consistently great every time.
