I often come here and the Boba is okay. the short brunette is however such a pleasure and she always has a positive height and some people said the hard drive is hard to find, not, just look for. The worst milk tea I've ever had! The fact that I was $10 for something that is milk and sugar and black tea and tasted like peach, not only that, but it was absolutely terrible in taste. My recommendation is for this place to close

YUCK! Worst boba ever! At first my wife and I moved to the store that had a nice neon sign that frankly said, but when I went to open the door it was locked and the girl inside just waved her hand over her head. Apparently, she couldn't even be harassed to get out of her chair to tell us why the lobby was closed and just waved her hand over her head. It took a few waves before my wife and I realized that she tried to tell us that they had a ride through and we had no choice but to use it despite a beautiful luminous neon Open sign in the lobby. FYI: This place has a ride. It's not super hard to find, but it's not easy either. When we got our drinks, they were just terrible. We both ordered smoothies, and they were very thin and runny and tasted incredibly watered. When we examined them, we believe they added milk to them! It completely ruined the drinks. But that wasn't even the worst part. The Boba beads (Tapioca) were absolutely terrible! You know if you're chewing gum and finally it loses its taste, but you have no place to throw it away and it would be rude, just spit it out, so keep stubborn it chew and chew just because you have no other choice and after a few hours it's just a stale, completely tasteless, nasty piece of matter in your mouth that you always hate and wish it? Yeah, that. That was Boba. We had to fight the instinct to blow it! I mean, we spent $10 on two kids! We didn't just want to waste our money, but that's what we did in the end; we came home and just threw the drinks away. And this is what this place is a waste of money! There are so many better places to get a Boba, or some drink for this matter. Go to one of these places!

9$ boba drink after charging for each little thing then they didn't even put the stuff in it and sent it into a polyfoam cup with a standard straw, so even if they were stuck boba in it I wouldn't be able to drink it. Absolutely terrible place and I can see from the other reviews that this is common. I hope you're going out of business because you take people hard earned money and don't deliver what they've paid.

Very expensive, very average Boba drinks Nonexistent customer service they didn?t even tell us when I drink was ready No ?no tip? option Confusing menu with additional charges around every corner. What we expected to be a 5 or 6 dollar drink came out almost 9 dollars.
