Last week I ordered a mixed grill of £16+ ; the food was hot enough and good in taste but the delivery presentation was bad, expecting to be more professional in packing and serving . Thanks !

We’ve ordered from here for the past 12 years and always recommend to others. So when they recently changed the chicken tikka masala it was very bland, watery, no taste and a different colour. So when I called to ask I spoke to a very helpfully gentleman who knew what I meant and for the next 3 orders he requested to chef it was cooked the old way which is far better. So when I called today someone else answered who didn’t understand what I meant put me on the phone to someone with broken English and basically told me to order from somewhere else. They were extremely rude and after 12 years of using this Indian it’s a very poor service. I understand ingredients/ recipes change and if they didn’t want to do it the old way there is a way of explaining. Definitely won’t be ordering or recommending anymore, I just hope the helpful gentleman reads this review Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

Ordered some food earlier tonight and arrived cold. I then rang them to inform them of my stone cold cold meal and was shouted at for it! The restaurant then insulated me calling me “horrible” and “disgusting” The cold food has happened more than once now. This place is a joke. If you want a warm, full belly I would highly advise you stay away from this place at all costs. There’s multiple other restaurants near this one.
