British Queen Kitchen - Sandwell

On the day before the lock off. asked for a big mix grill 2 curries. I found home that there were no kebabs or sheekh kebabs! if they had mentioned that they had none, I would have changed the order!

I have visited this restaurant several times and the food is always superb. I particularly enjoyed the prawn and lamb dishes. I highly recommend this place.

I went with around 8 other friends for a catchup and it was lovely. The food was delicious! I had the saag aloo, shared some masala fries and so peshwari naan never tried it before but it literally tasted like a pancake! Really nice...place, nice food and really good prices Would go again

Following a recommendation from a friend my wife and I visited early evening yesterday on the way home from work. First things first, this isn’t a restaurant or gastropub it’s a fairly tatty boozer that does Indian food and it does it very...well!! Reasonably priced drinks (sadly no real ale or craft beer available, just bog standard fizz). Food is ordered from the kitchen window at the rear of the pub. Cards are accepted. Child friendly too. I’ve attached photos of the menu. We ordered a large mixed grill, masala chips and chilli naan between us and we couldn’t finish it! The quality of the food is excellent, just as good if not better than the more well known Desi pubs in the area, such as The Vine. But better than that the prices are more reasonable! Would I go again? Definitely.

First visit, I've driven past here a thousand times but never noticed it ! Pub/restaurant could so with a small refurb, nothing major, but the food was top drawer, we go to many of this type of grill pub and could not fault it, friendly...staff, good selection of beer, we will return soon !
