Bear Tavern - Sandwell

The tarven is a great place. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I frequently visit there once/twice a week. They have two good snooker tables, free every Tuesdays after 8pm. They also have board games that you can ask for, our favourite is jenga and ludo. The staff, notably Fabulous, Jade, is helping, providing top grade customer services and always has a smile on her face. She catered to our needs, providing us with the opportunity to refill our drinks, informing us on upcoming bar events. And also, she notifies us 10 minute head before the last order of drinks. Overall the bar is great, has multiple TVs around the place; the sports channel is always on. And music playing in the background. I'd recommend for to anyone and everyone.

Brilliant pub with excellent staff. Would 100% recommend to anyone who would like a meal or a few drinks with family and friends.

I attended the venue with my partner and our daughter on Sunday for lunch as were visiting the area and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the pub. The food was hot and tasty and we didn’t have to wait long at all. We were absolutely blown away by the great service, I would like to special mention to the girl who brought us our food and took care of us, she was so friendly to us and honestly made us feel so welcome she was an absolute star, we will definitely be returning.

A great local in a good high street location. Friendly, well-staffed, good food and beer. Sunday roast was well-cooked and presented.

I visit family around every 3 months and always go here because it feels like home, food is 5 star, atmosphere is calm and relaxing allowing you to enjoy your meal, to me the only place to go for good old local, please try you will not be disappointed.
