Enjoyed a nice but very expensive meal at Tropical Smoothie. 1 Chicken Pesto flatbread, 1 Thai Chicken wrap and 1 Blimey Limey smoothie came to $29, ouch. The food was good and the smoothie was so nice and tart. I always make sure to not get any added sugar to my smoothies because they are sweet enough with the fruit. We went in right before the lunch rush at 12:05 and a nice clean restaurant that was empty.
I always loved this location…I ordered pick up today and my order def hit the spot The flat bread sandwiches are AMAZINGThey are nice and fillingAnd whenever I come for a smoothie only it’s perfect ?Thanks y’all
I placed a mobile order for the Baja chicken and mistakenly forgot to sub chipotle instead of the tomato salsa as the salsa is too spicy. Called three times before someone answered the phone and was told that since the sandwich had been made, they cannot remake it. When I arrived at the cafe, I explained the issue and was told again that the sandwich could not be remade. As I cannot enjoy this spicy sandwich, I asked for a refund and was told that they cannot process a refund since the order was placed on the mobile app. What kind of nonsense is this? I called their customer service line and am being refunded through them. I also left a review for this location with them advising that this is a pretty ridiculous situation. Agent who answered the phone stated that it’s the manager’s discretion to remake it or not. So they are penalizing me for making a mistake? I will definitely not be revisiting this location again and will continue to spread the word on other platforms.
