Bidra med feedbackMy food was cold and took forever. When I got home I had like 4 onion rings. And my bbq burger which I paid 1.50 extra for backed and it was barely a piece. I am highly upset I paid 45$ for this.
The items I ordered on the app were not available. The worker indicated to me she was unable to provide those items but she could offer something else on the menu as a replacement or issue me a refund and just give me the shake on the house. I opted for the refund and was extremely thankful to her for being for being straightforward. As I get home I take a sip of my shake and it tastes as though someone mixed in ranch dressing. For those of you who are wondering, cheesecake and ranch do not mix well to make a milkshake.
I don 't know what the hell is going on at this sonic but I pulled up to order and was just told we are not taking orders unless you want to order through the mobile app . Like no, I want to order Sonic like any other Sonic and then when I review the app process people are complaining about long wait times and incorrect orders. What is going on at this sonics.. and I was the only car there. wth.
Mobile ordered in the app. App said they would close at midnight got there at 10:50 Google even said they were open but when we got there all the lights were off nobody was there no cars. When we called the 800 number to get our money back even corporate was confused as to why no one was there. Someone needs to come straighten out this Sonic cuz they are lost in the sauce.Also the 800 number couldn't give us our money back because they had to wait for the location the process it before they can see the transaction.The other Sonic you went to nearby even knew that this Sonic is known for being terrible.
I wish I could give zero stars. I have tried three times on different days at different times to place an order, using both the drive thru and the stalls, and the staff inside simply refuse to acknowledge my presence. Why even claim to be open????
