Bidra med feedbackThey're company policy will not allow them to take any bill larger than a $20. It's 2024. $100 isn't a lot of money FFS. How the hell do they plan on staying in business when they send away paying customers. You're losing more money weekly than you're saving avoiding some hypothetical robbery.
We need more locations so people can get a decent pizza for a decent price. Feed the people
Twice I have pulled up to ask for a Hot N Ready pizza of any flavor available, in the afternoon timespan between 2.30 3.30. I have been told once we have no pizza ready, and are not cooking any. The second time, we have no pizza and will not cook any until 4.00 pm. They act like they could care less about having your business at the drive thru. Did not offer to cook me a pizza either. I left and just went to the drive thru at Charlie's Chicken next door. Better food anyway and always pleasant experience.
I definitely have to thank Amanda. She was in charge when I had gone through for a pick up order that I unfortunately ordered online for the wrong store. She was going to make it for me anyway and call to let the other store know what had happened. (And she did)Last minute plans with some family and needed to pick up some things in town and quick food.She was so awesome and extremely friendly, I know how it is to work in the food business and it isn't easy. Props to her and the team for making things happen. Bless them.
As of March 2024, this location of Little Caesars has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes, with an open window, calling for somebody so I could pick up an online order. No one came. I circled around the building and went inside. From my parking spot I saw someone walk from the back to the front.With this, I believe they intentionally ignored me in the drive thru. And this is not the only bad experience I have had here.
