Bidra med feedbackOn a very cold Sunday mid-December. fish with sandy sauce was delicious and a large part. I had remembered this sauce many years ago and it was wonderful to experience it again. salat with different goat cheese presentations was very delicious....Chef came from the kitchen to practice his English, was very charismatic and was part of the experience in le bouchon.
The staff were very friendly, the service very good and the chips tasted nice but were not home made, but we left some of our meal as it was so unappetising- the hake had an unpleasant Lemon and basil sauce which sounded nice but was...most disappointing. This was the worst meal we have had in France, such a shame. Kids menu was chicken nuggets or steak hashe, nothing freshly made. The house Sancerre wine was also bland and too acidic.
Second time that we have dinner here so this time, I leave a comment in English. Le bouchon is the place to go if you are looking for no fuss and delicious home cooking. The service is kind and professional. The setting is lovely. Due...to COVID, the menu is unfortunately a bit short but there are still enough to make you happy. Simply put: give it a go, you won't be disappointed. The bill (2 adults, 2 children): 2 sirops, 2 children menus, 2 adult menus, 2 dessert, 1 bottle of wine (25,9 84
A small traditional and good value French bistro with friendly staff and a short but interesting menu using high quality local ingredients. We went there three times during our six nights in Sancerre. The steaks are nicely cooked, and the Rognons excellent, nice charcuterie and...crottins.
We visited this friendly little restaurant on a Saturday evening. Enjoyed salad entrées followed by nicely cooked filet de sandre. One of the great things here is the selection of good Sancerre wines all at the same price per bottle. You can have a small...glass for 3.5€ a great way to taste some lovely wines. The staff were charming and helpful.
