Bidra med feedbackIntimate and welcoming. Surprise dinner! You can choose the number of courses and then... everything is in the hands of the chef! Great food, perfect fits. Accompaniment of selected wines very well. Always a pleasure to dine in Casapautasso.
A journey through the unique flavors with which the chef can surprise and pamper, a fantastic experience, a focus on the enviable customer. I hope the first star arrives soon
Premise : this review only concerns the restaurant For a birthday and for the first time I find myself in this beautiful restaurant not far from Pinerolo; we are greeted by the maize that with professionalism accompanies us to the table and arrange the jackets in the appropriate wardrobe, sitting at the table I can not help but notice this beautiful garden full of trees cured and lush through a perfectly clean window. After that we are offered an aperitif and finally brought the menus; we opted for the 4 courses and I must say that it was a great choice as the portions were more than enough, instead I would say almost abundant . Needless to say that the quality is really high and the dish as well as the service is treated in detail, all dictated by the great professionalism and underline passion of the chef and his staff. The menu however proposed is a fusion between Italian and Moroccan cuisine. Both maitres demonstrate their professionalism through a non-invasive service, just breaks and customer care at the right time, a symptom of excellent preparation and however also a restaurant far above the average. I conclude with a beautiful memory, good food, good people, great location. Thanks for this fantastic trip
Good food and quality. A beautiful wine cellar well supplied with the best labels and the possibility to choose independently the bottle for the meal.
Dinner in 6, 4 course menu. Very helpful staff but sometimes in affanno (we have repeated requests for bread, water and wine). The courses were all very interesting with an intelligent use of spices, intense flavors but never invasive and at this point the vote should be 4, but there is a but. The quantities in the dishes are not adequate or balanced. The first course is of a normal quantity for a restaurant of a good level as well as the first dish, it begins to expire with the third course, a Tajine of fish with (counted) 3 mussels and a piece of breed of about 30g (7x3x3cm). You touch the bottom with the dessert, a sort of coffee pudding with ginger, good!... but the amount (large little more than two 2€ superimposed coins is undoubtedly ridiculous and does not justify the price difference between the 3 and 4 course menu. The road taken is the good one but there are still many things to see. For now it's a missed opportunity.
