Bidra med feedbackThe sign on the door says "best Paella ' so that 's what we went for. Best ? It was certainly very tasty and they provided a lovely wine by the glass. The chef showed me how they cooked it but with no english and my Spanish being not good to put it mildly it was mostly achieved by Google translate....I can understand comments about slow service etc but overall we enjoyed the experience
Be aware that El Pejin does not accept any bank or credit cards , but they don’t tell you until you try to pay. Restaurant is somewhat Italian and a bit Spanish. The food is OK , but it is expensive , perhaps because it’s on the main strip. Aimed squarely at tourists.
Friendly, welcoming and absolutely delicious food a real find! Every course was cooked to perfection with great accompaniments. The menu is simple but given the quality of what they serve, we had absolutely no complaint!
Great find well worth a visit there isn't allot of options here but everything fresh and staff very accommodating, not what I thought it would be very traditional
Our son had dinner at El Pejin 4 years ago and recommended it to us last night. We had great time. Cocktails to start (Mojito and Sangria), they were both enormous and gorgeous. My husband had garlic prawns as a starter, fish as a main course and I had pork fillets. For dessert we both had tart tartin. At the end of the meal we were given rum with palm honey we are hooked, it was delicious. The meal was faultless in terms of both presentation and taste. The waitress was great and introduced us to the owner chef at the end of the meal. We had a really enjoyable evening, relaxed atmosphere, great service and quality food for a ridiculously reasonable price. We will definitely return before we leave the island. One warning be prepared to pay cash as they don't take credit cards. The good news is the cash point is just down the road!
