The Habit Burger Grill - San Ramon

I love that you have impossible Pattie's now. I've waited a long time to be able to have my old favorite. The teriyaki char. Soooo good!!!!

We normally love habit but the last few times we've ordered through DoorDash the Habit either forgets items or doesn't get the order accurate. Super disappointed in them lately.

Burger was super soggy compared to normal by being completely drenched in sauce. Also fries were soggy and weren't extra crispy as requested.

By the time the order was delivered, the French fries were cold and hard, dark brown in color. I also requested ketchup and there was no ketchup with the order.

Horrible customer service, I ordered a double car on sourdough. And had only one patty, then the cook claimed because it's upset that it only gets a patty? It doesn't fit. Making the first time right
