Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - San Ramon

This review comes from my own opinion and experience. This ice store is selfish. After you pick up your choices, put it in the counter and pay. But wait... it asks for tips when you pay. Just to let you know if this is something you object or ask. I can't remember if tip is optional, but it's there. I'm just wondering what the tip was for?

Amazing selection of frozen yogurts. Very friendly service and fantastic selection of toppings. Fruits, sweets, everything!! Nice to visit.

Great business. good experience. friendly lady? frozen yogurt tastes like ice, but it is softer. there are many flavors like chocolate fudge, creamy chocolate, strawberry, vanilla. etc. toppings can be selected. fruit, fudge or brownies can also be added as toppings. it's self-service. they pick up a cup, choose their aromes, add their toppings and put them on the balance, and they pay after weight. they can also mix aromene. enjoys.. yummy frozen yogurt.

Great service. Quick and accurate order. No self yet, but they serve you exactly as you would serve yourself.

Normally I love this place, but don't use them for door dash. I just spent $20 to get 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt. Then found out they ran out of the flavor I wanted, so instead of telling me that, they gave me the very last of the watery yogurt that filled 1/4 a cup and thought that was acceptable.
