I quickly returned to the counter to ask for a refund, but the cashier insisted she had mentioned the addition of lettuce, which I hadn’t heard. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while they made phone calls to their bank to figure out how to process my debit card refund. To make things feel even more off, they took my debit card to the back, which I found quite strange. In the end, they couldn't even provide a receipt for my refund and told me to wait 3-4 days to see if the refund would go through. If it doesn’t, I’ll have to file a claim with my bank. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that felt like a complete waste of time, especially for a $13 burrito, which was way overpriced for the quality provided.

All the Mexican food and seafood is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable.
