Bidra med feedbackI came here and ordered in the drive through when it wasn't busy at all. I ordered a venti mocha frappuccino with no whip cream. After a short wait I see a barista walking up to the window with my drink in hand. It has whip cream on it so the cashier tells her it was supposed to have no whip. She turns around scoops it out and they proceed to give me my drink. I attached a picture to show what I got. A venti cup that's not even close to being full. I was in a rush so I just left but the worst part about it was that the girl that made the drink was in the back looking at me laughing while the drink was being handed to me. $5.25 for some coffee is already expensive and to have it messed up, half ass fixed, shorted on amount, and laughed at while it's being done is not okay. If you want starbucks I would reccomend the other one closer to the casino. This one is just terrible.
Very dirty place! ???????? What a terrible experience here!!! It is unpleasant to look under the tables and nothing to say about the bathrooms????
Horrible service! Drive thru service is dreadful. Norma the shift supervisor was the attendant. I think she needs to go back to training and be reminded that people need to be offer common things like Sugar, stir stick , napkins, Receipt or a Hello... I kept asking her step by step for each thing... Finally my café latte taste water down.Terrible. ???????? Wasted money.
This Starbucks is very convenient as it provides drive through service. Their drinks are well made. Staff are friendly. Cared to other Srarbucks outlets they often do not have food items available. And I have been given egg bite orders in cups rather than the more typical container at least three times as they do not have the supplies available
I ordered an grande white mocha and was shocked that it cost 5.25 when it's normally 4.95 and not only was it priced more than other places I've stopped at they didn't even make it a full cup it was more whip than anything else. I told the girl it wasn't a full cup she made a face rolled her eyes and had another made for me. That too wasn't a full cup of coffee either. I'm not going there if I can help it. Bad service with eyes rolling when you call em out on thier bad mistakes!!!! Not good for business...
