Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q - San Pablo

Waiting for a while to sit and service was not very friendly and with only one server to the whole restaurant for lunch, understandably so. We ate here several times and it was always great food.

Always liked Bono's, but she found it closed on Sunday! Not sure how it works... on Sunday in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Returned on Monday. Most foods were very good, but they grounded the order and gave chicken sandwich instead of chicken chips. Then chicken was cold and hard. But the sweet potato was great.

We often go from Bono. It is very convenient, service is friendly and efficient. The meat quality is good, not great. I love ribs, so last night I ordered the St. Louis ribs. Over boiled and dry. Again. I tried all sides and found them mostly well. The best and most reliable product is the sausage.

Bono's and the ENTIRE staff have organized all 20 of us for a pre-k department dinner. They went beyond and beyond to make us welcome. The drinks came like the guests and the food came super fast and hot! I can't say enough great things. Thank you?

Yum! The three meat salad is packed with meat and delicious! Fast and friendly service.
