Yves is a real professional. The food was exceptional, and his assistant took care of the serving and cleanup with proficiency.

Great food , service and fun. We enjoyed dinner from great chefs with excellent quality food. Easy to talk to and we joined them later at a cool bar . Reasonable price for what we received . Thanks again and we will see them again on our next trip

To have French food delivered has got to be the coolest thing ever! Perfect for guests you want to impress or for the comfort of a hearty soup (welsh rarebit!) on your own. Everything we've had is delicious. Highly recommended.!

A friend invited us to dine at her home last week and we were treated to an amazing meal prepared by Chef Yves. The service and the food were unbelieveable. He even did the wine paring. This is a treat not to be missed while staying in San Miguel.

We always use Yves’ “in-home chef” services to make sure our dinner parties are a success! He creates fabulous French dishes in your kitchen so you can relax and enjoy your guests. Yves is not only the consummate chef, but he has a great sense of humor, while still being very professional.After you and Yves agree on the menu, he will come to your home, a few days before the event, to look over the kitchen and, if necessary, he will bring any tools that your kitchen may be lacking. The day of the event, he and his assistant, Holly, arrive on time, before the guests arrive, and get straight to work. They serve the first course at the exact time you determine, after presenting the menu to the dinner party. Although Yves and Holly have whipped up masterpieces in your kitchen, they don’t leave the kitchen in shambles. They do a good basic clean, so you aren’t left with a mess at the end of the party. And I must add that Yves’ sense of humor, sprinkled throughout the evening, adds so much to the party.We are also pleased with his “home delivery” service. To control the quality of the delivery process, Yves personally delivers the hot food on time. If you plan on consuming the food later, he explains how to re-heat each dish. And, the delivered food is just as good as his in-home cooked food.You can’t go wrong with any of Yves dishes, but our favorites are the filet mignon, salmon, onion soup and chocolate mousse. We are eager to try the Shepherd’s pie and the roasted chicken. His food is great, prices are reasonable and he’s very easy to work with. A chef par excellence!
