Better pizza, then you would expect pasta. Most staff are students and are very friendly!

Completely incompetent. For my 20th birthday my mom wanted to surprise me by ordering me a pizza. After waiting outside my dorm for an hour they claimed they came to my dorm, called my phone number, and then gave up. I had no missed calls and I was waiting outside the whole time. I confirmed they had my correct phone number. They refused to check if they had the pizza still and denied me a refund. I lied to my mom so she wouldn't feel bad that I didn't get my birthday pizza.

I cannot understand how after 3 years of being here this place is still so incompetent. They never have enough staff on hand and always make excuses as to why they cannot deliver or make pizza or serve food etc. I can't tell if this is due to poor management or just because the student workers do not care at all about their jobs. I shouldn't have to pull teeth to order pizza. Disappointing. Fix this.

Better pizza than you might expect, especially when business is slow (i.e., no rushing). Pricey, but convenient.

Never order Delivery. They don 't pick up the phone until you call 10 times. The pizza is delivered 3 hours later (or never). Then the pizza is folded in half, the cheese is separate from the crust and tastes like concentrated metallicy vinegar. Grabbing a slice is hit or miss, but definitely a ripoff. Employees don 't care because the management doesn 't care. Order Papa John 's if you can use that mustang50 code whenever you can.
