That is an apt description of our day at Deovlet Winery. Speaking of Ryan Deovlet, one does not hold a conversation with him. One holds a symposium. And speaking of Deovlet wines, they have flavors that are precise, well defined, and expressive. Drinking wine then, as small as that action can seem, is both grounding and transformative. Varieties include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon among others, so there's something for everyone. You may even be fortunate enough to have Deovlet's owner/winemaker Ryan Deovlet pour his wines for you. Definitely worth a visit!
