Mcdonald's - San Jose

I had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my forgotten sandwich. There is no need to rush so much that the staff forget to ensure the order is complete and accurate.

I would give the food 4 star's but there's a chance that I will receive a cold fry or hash brown. Also sometimes they run out of the food or drink that you wanted to order. It almost happens too frequently. Besides those little things it's a good place toget your grub on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered for delivery, they forgot the fries. I call them, they try to say there's nothing they can do. Refund the money, that's what you do. You guys messed it up, YOU are going to fix it.

I really like the number 7 drive-thru, although they could improve on their speed. However, waiting doesn't really bother me.

The French fries at this restaurant are not the best - they are sometimes stale, sometimes lack salt, and sometimes both. You have to pull over to the side for even a small, basic order. The burgers are made in a sloppy and haphazard manner.
