Mcdonald's - San Jose

The door were closed at 9:40 pm even though it supposed to be open till 11:00 pm, lazy staff that doesn?t know anything!

When ordering in store the display to show the order numbers being processed and which are done has not been on since Covid started when will it be turned back on its been years now.

Service was fast. I ordered online and chose to pick up inside as the drive thru was backed up at lunch time. When I walked in I stood for 10 seconds before my number was called.

Well it's the closest Drive Thru McDonald's near where I live, so this is the only one I go to since I have to small children and I don't get off because they run everywhere. I wish there was a closer one to where I live.

I was charged $1.90 for a large coffee. This isn't my usual McD where all drinks are $1.00. Then they tried to give me a small coffee. It wasnt busy. They were not rushed. When I asked about the price of the coffee they wouldnt address it. What is thatabout??
