Kfc - San Jose

This place steals your money. You pay for your food and after the transaction is done, they make you wait to tell you that they can’t give you your food because you “did not pay.” Still given the same response after pulling out the bank statement that shows they took the money.

Ordered ahead of time commuting from east bay to San Jose food was ready by the time I got off freeway. Chicken was fresh and crispy! Great if you're ordering for big family dinner because Safeway Lucky's are always sold out.

I would give this place 0 star . Don't go to this place, the people who work here are unprofessional and dumb especially manager. She should be on top of these people, instead she's chatting away instead setting example for her employees. I don't know, but most people that work in this area are pretty stupid , no common sense at all. Food is disgusting stale food. I made a mistake coming to place never again

They use to give fresh zingers burgers but now they are just giving unhealthy pieces.

The presentation, consistency, and warmth of the food were satisfactory; however, my companion and I both agreed that the extra crispy chicken was lacking in seasoning. We are familiar with how it should taste after enjoying it for over forty years. It's possible the chefs forgot to add the spice packet that day.
