Jack In The Box - San Jose

After a long-awaited downpour, we decided to grab some food to take home. We expected a long wait in the drive-thru, but to our surprise, there wasn't a single car ahead of us! We ordered our usual—ten breakfast sandwiches. We waited about 3-4 minutes, and soon enough, we were on our way. This restaurant is usually packed with hungry customers, but today was a pleasant surprise. We made it home safely, and even though it's still pouring outside, I'm feeling full, happy, and really glad we stopped at Jack in the Box. I’d give it an eight out of ten stars.

Jack in the Box offers some tasty chicken sandwiches and chicken strips, and their egg rolls are quite good as well. While the dipping sauces could use some improvement, the fries and hamburgers are enjoyable. Just a tip: it’s best to steer clear of the sugary sodas.

Our order was incorrect, and the prices were quite high. There were homeless people in the restroom, and the soda machine was out of order. The menus were too small to read, and nobody on staff spoke English. The tables were dirty, and there were no napkins provided.

Lousy employees. Went to get something to eat, while ordering even though I was loud and clear still had to repeat myself over and over. And to top it off they didn't even make a simple taco the right way. Sadly I didn't notice until i got home which nowi cant get my money back or my order fixed. Won't be going to this establishment again after this incident.

Today is Nov 1, 2022 I am picking up a delivery. In the drive thru line I give the name and am told it's not ready come around, there is 2 cars ahead and so 15 mins later not bad. I'm at the front and I tell the cashier the name and she says come around,come around? None the less, I ask because sometimes I do park at the door and the order to given to me when it's done. This isnot what occured the Manger came to the window after I asked around to the door? She was very angry, she tells me she is makingit right now. I said ok, she then starts yelling go around and I ask to the door? And she cont. To yell to leave, I am tellingher I am ok with waiting for the order. She tells me no she will cancel it, so someone else can take it. I inform her once againI am ok waiting for the order it's no problem. At this point she tells me no you don't wait here, people behind you will getthere food. Ok, what is the problem. She is red and angry ????you go now I cancel the order. This Manger is either mentallyunstable or she doesn't serve ..... as that is the only factor on my side. It's been a long day and I was calm, I didn'tunderstand what she wanted in order to get me the order. I even asked her how one the wait, I was told 3 mins. This store I havebeen to before usually really nice super fast and no issues. Only time did some Manger lay in wait to ..... I dunno what as Ionly said I have a pick up and name. Then all the hate and leave, not here, people in back get their food before you. Eventhough I stated it's not for me.
