El Jardin - San Jose

This restaurant in the Santana series is the worst place to visit. The management is terrible, constantly trying to add extra charges to the bill. If customers dare to complain, they are told not to return or are forced to pay additional fees.

I visited this restaurant on Sunday and had an excellent dining experience in a great atmosphere! The live music was a nice bonus. I will definitely be returning because there is nothing quite like it. Our waiter, Ramiro, was very attentive and efficient.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant. There is plenty of outdoor seating and live music, although it can be a bit too loud at times. The drinks were watered down, but the portion sizes were generous. The meat nachos were large and perfect for sharing with a group. The chicken tacos with tomato rice were decent. The chipped plates and dirty water glasses were disappointing. The super loud birthday parties with obnoxious instruments were quite annoying.

Always business and great vibes good drinks and delicious eating. too many tables. Drinks came fast, but eating came pretty slow. to be understated. great ambiente and they had good amount of heating when it is cold. no toilets for this restaurant.

Perfect place to enjoy a drink outdoors with heaters, great ambiance, and the warm California weather after shopping at Santana Row. We enjoyed the yummy guacamole and the spicy margaritas were amazing. Our server was very friendly, quick with our drinks, and was happy to be there which made it a pleasant experience.
