Dunkin' - San Jose

Average donuts. Never hot or fresh. Expensive for what you get, and the coffee $7 you might order may only come 1/2 full. Everytime I order I say never again.

This restaurant seems to always get my order slightly incorrect. Twice I have ordered their sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage, but both times I got them with bacon. Not sure where the breakdown in communication occurs. Otherwise we love Dunkin!!!

The lack of staring the last few reviews is only going to show how this company itself runs. after ordering a simple icy vanilla latte with sweet cold foam, they made me the wrong size that I politely asked for the right size. then they told me that they were made of cold foam, completely in order, considering my work in customer service on another drive by place, I know how easy it is to make cold foam. I asked to do something because I already paid for the bigger size and the little one was given. april was extremely helpful in spending a refund, but mahari was a whole different story. I took up all the incident and have a video of their throwing the packages of ketchup with me along with the reception and stomping. I have no words to describe how absolutely disgusted I was with this customer service.

Everything is good except the personal. donuts are good, coffee are not bad, personal are unfriendly. People who work here are like a hit on their faces. they don't know how to smile and say hello.

I'm not coming anymore. the donuts look a bit stale and their are small flying caught in the donut case. How disgusting. coffee is more than philz. Unfortunately, it is a jumping place for this East Coast nostalgia. this place is so new that it is sad.
