Rib eye was cold and tough Burger has a soggy bun and cold fries Tacos were cold

Poor service and Very rude staff!! Never eat at this location. The food is good but the staff lacks cominication and people skills? The day staff needs to learn we are the customers!!!! If you hate your job so much please try something else before you run this location under.

Frida is incredibly rude and bad at customer service. I went in with a mask being nice, she said she couldn't hear me twice, so I slid of mask for a second only so she could hear me. she told me to put mask back on rudely. hate to break it to her it there are many folks sitting inside restaurant eating without masks on, they need to turn down the music I guess, there is a partition, and she said phone system works when it wasn't turned on This restaurants once served me moldy bread and wilted side Salad. This is too bad because I like their one salad dish and would get it regularly. Their phone system to order food doesn't work and they have seven spots in this tiny parking area (like half the parking lot) allocated to phone order pickup.

Great busy Chili’s in San Jose, restaurant is clean even in busy hours , our waiter Dante was very serviceable he was patient with last minute changes and kept us well served with hour drinks, full night dinner with beer was just $60 great price!

Busy, but our group got a table relatively fast. Service was ok. Splitting the bill took some doing. Food was better than I remembered as they are not dousing their food with salt in lieu of flavor
