Carl's Jr. - San Jose

Great Carl?s Junior. Nice stop for late night. We went twice during our stay in San Jose. You can easily tell each meal is made to order.

Best and Quiet place to enjoy your meals. Even though located on a busy intersection one cannot hear traffic inside. One of the few fast food chains with Table service. Coffee was fresh and Francisco was delightful to interact and understood the order.

Food is great, especially the big double burgers. However the fries are lacking, just as the burgers on the $2 menu. The atmosphere for dine in is really quiet, basic; far behind it's long running competitors, u know who, the other 3 ff chains. Carl's has a made an impact w/ their $6 burger campaign, but have yet to introduce anything more, except higher prices butlittle to no kickbacks.

A cashier named Isaac took my order. I told him I wanted a California burger with jalapeños. He asked me why don?t I just get the ?jalapeño burger? I told him because I don?t want the jalapeño burger. He said ?You can change the sauce? I said no thankyou I don?t want the Jalapeño burger. When I get home I look in my bag and there?s two jalapeño burgers as well as the receiptsays two jalapaeno burgers. He was very rude and this is not what I order it?s what he wanted me to order. I?m very upset andwon?t be coming back here ever again.

Good Carl's Jr. Typical standards met. Clean inside. Bathroom was fairly clean as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had to help me out because my online order was all messed up. They figured it out and that was a pleasant surprise. Foodis good (as expected).
