Carl's Jr - San Jose

Terrible service. The person who took delivered my order got it wrong by shorting me a Star hamburger yet still attempted to charge me $28.00 plus for the order. The window person DID NOT correct the order and no transaction was made. My advice is toavoid this store at all costs. There are other establishments in close proximity who are more than willing and able to delivernot only a quality product but quality service as well. Won't go there again.

California Classic In addition to being delicious it is priced at 2.99. It has double hamburger.

Once again, I received cold fries. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, so it seems they served me fries that might have been from the day before. It's completely unacceptable and disappointing to provide such poor quality, especially when a small combo costs over $12. This kind of laziness and ineptitude is inexcusable.

My appetite was completely ruined! I was in a good mood when I walked in and ordered dinner. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with the cashier, who was extremely rude and irritable. He got my order wrong, and when I politely asked for the correct items, he chose to blame me instead. To make matters worse, he complained about me to two women in the back, speaking in Spanish, and they seemed to agree with him, even though they had no idea what had happened. All I wanted was my dinner! The employees were unfriendly, and after paying $12, I lost my appetite entirely. I will never return to this place again; who knows what they might have done to my food!

Terrible, terrible advertising. It claims to be open until 1 AM, but when I got there, it was closed. This is the second location I've visited that was also closed. This is just absurd.
