Wendy's - San Jacinto

I always come to this location and sometimes have problems with cold food because they ask me to wait in front of the store for long periods. I came this morning, and I asked if I could have the bacon well done because the last time I purchased a breakfast baconator, the bacon was raw and un cooked. The host preceded to tell me that they get the bacon from a factory precooked and warm it up in a microwave. I was immediately grossed out. Again, this is what she told me. I wanted to try the breakfast burrito, and I asked if I could please substitute the bacon for sausage, and she said yes. When I received my order, not only did she charge me for the sausage, but there was NO sausage, only egg and potatoes in the burrito, and potatoe wedges were as cold as ice. Needless to say, I won 't come come back to this location, which is disappointing because I, as well as my son, prefer this breakfast over other chains. They need to do better or retrain the staff.

We were so glad to find a quick place to eat that was not cold inside. Hemet needs to realize that during the winter the AC doesn't need to be on! Thank you Wendy's for a warm cozy spot during the winter!

Went Christmas Eve, you had to have exact change or card. They were out of all drinks except lemonade. They were out of nuggets lets practically out of everything. Employees were great though, very friendly and apologetic!!

This is literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. No matter who is working, they always forget something when I go through the drive thru. Twice they forgot to give me a straw, once they forgot my fries and today they forgot the breakfast potatoes. Maybe I should try going inside but honestly I'll probably never go back. Their food is fine so as long as you double check your order and make sure you have everything before you leave you should be fine.

I love Wendy's. If you are afraid to try the chili. Don't be, it's delicious.
