Biafora - SAN GIOVANNI IN FIORE

This restaurant is beyond any expectations. It is a 2/3 hour- journey of a culinary experience using all the ingredients of the local territory. Even though I visited quite many restaurants of very good quality, this place is something else. All the member of the staffs take the food service to another level. Since they don’t have many tables, each guest is treated with a great attention. Please note that the name of the restaurant recently changed to Hyle, however when you will make the reservation this will be explained and they will also provide you the location. I absolutely suggest not to miss this gastronomical experience. It worth every cents.

Amazing dinner at biafora restaurant, I spend 3 hours for a trip in fantastic dinner... all dishes from antipasto at dessert is amazing, perfect portion, perfect presentation and perfect taste... service amazing..... I can't wait for come back

My husband and I had dinner in the Biafora Restaurant this week and it was one of the best restaurant meals we have ever had. We eat out frequently in Italy. The food was of Michelin quality at very reasonable prices. The cuisine was successfully innovative using local produce. The service was outstanding. Overall, first rate. We have already booked our next meal there.

Points in favor definitely the staff all kind, the young, ring the girls of the wellness center really top. Spacious indoor pools though a bit cool but I think it's because there are those who practice swimming and hydrobike activities (not the top for those who relax but vabb perhaps with the snow will be more magical as a place. critical points, obviously calculating that we are in a star, the room with many defects, rusty shower plate and shower that loses, unusable sink, unusable hair dryer better bring it from home, without closet. for those staying at the luned restaurant closed all day, if you did not find space in the star restaurant you have to order a pizza at home and fast at lunch. I think it's an unthinkable thing, people come to relax and enjoy their moment, especially after spending a nice amount I expect to make a nice dinner or lunch, served and revered and not eat a pizza in the room. let's say the gourmet breakfast, but since there are micro goats to share perhaps review the table's myce and place with a dish to support my mini paninetto or my muffin met and a cup to eat my part of yogurt. all the details! but for a star should be the base. ah, perhaps to have a couple of drinks at the most to choose that it is not just the spritz or a bottle of bubbles.

We enjoyed the spa and it was a nice experience: the staff is available and competent and the structure is well organized with well-kept environments.
