Roma Antica Marina - San Francisco

I always love my favorite dishes at Roma Antica! The lasagna, Brussels sprouts, and tiramisu are delicious, fresh, and the delivery is super quick. Never disappointed!

I had a fantastic meal at Boscaiola with generous portions of sausage and mushrooms. I was unsure why the rose sauce was an additional cost, but I found it to be delicious. The meatballs (polpette) and red sauce had great flavor, though the texture was a bit firm more like sausage than a tender, homemade meatball. I would suggest serving the bread triangles on the side. The Burrata alla Caprese was made with high-quality ingredients, but could use a bit of acid (balsamic vinegar would be great) and more salt, particularly on the sweet tomato slices.

Pasta was a perfect al dente, portion was good for $19.00 (obviously not including doordash fees etc... . Only complaint was it was a little salty.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The Branzino and Black Truffle Pappardelle were outstanding. The Carbonara and Tiramisu were also top contenders in the city. Thank you for another wonderful meal!

Our five-headed party slipped into the curb-side dining area of Roma Antica shortly after 6:00 p.m. on a Friday, without waiting, we just hit the masses! Others settled quickly and were welcomed by our same merciful and passionate waiter. The ambience outside became a bit chaotic at times with so many passersby, but was cute and cozy under the heat lamps. The food was incredibly a companion 's best lasagna ever and my personal best pizza ever with the prosciutto pizza. Will definitely go back.
