Mcdonald's - San Francisco

This restaurant is a wonderful place to visit and spend some time to relax.

I enjoyed ordering through the kiosk, but I was frustrated when I was told to use the disinfectant dispenser instead of getting napkins to wipe off the grease from my hands after eating. The upstairs dining area and restrooms were also closed off.

Other than the quality of food is not great, I was ordering on the screen inside the store, it asked me if I want it to go, I said yes, it asked if i need bag, and I said no thinking that by saying I want it to go, the items will be packed accordingly. To my surprise, it was not lol. The fries were all over the place on the tray and there was noway for me to hold it and walk. I would have gotten a bag but why ask if it's to go if you're not going to change how you give it to people. Fries have always been put in the red carton box that holds them upright and that is why I didn't order a bag but they came in a small paper thin bagie. I just hate McDonald's. The mcflury was not even good, like they just add the toppings and flavor to the top and the rest is just vanilla ice cream.

The food, service, and atmosphere at this McDonald's are very good, but my only complaint is that it is always very hot inside regardless of the time of day.

No chargers, atmosphere feels like a shelter for homeless, muddy and wet. Food tasted good though
