The thing I love most about this bakery is the Chocolate Brownie!

All of their baked goods look delicious and fresh, and the prices are very reasonable. However, I began to have concerns about the customer service. The staff seemed quite unfriendly towards my friend, who is a person of color. They didn’t realize we were together, so she was completely overlooked even after I placed my order. In the end, I decided to ask for a refund because I cannot support a business that discriminates against others.

This is an excellent pastry shop! I bought several cakes, and while only one of the sponge cakes had an issue in the middle, I reached out to them. The young waitress was incredibly polite and not only issued a refund for that cake but replaced all of them. I truly feel grateful for that! Their customer service is outstanding. I will definitely return in the future and make sure to show my appreciation. Everything else I tried was absolutely delicious!

Today I went to bring the bread and they gave it to me in a box that smelled like pee....all the bread smelled like pee...do something, I'll file a lawsuit...disgusting...?? And They tell me that I should bring money to buy deep bread, they have the obligation to give bags to sell their bread....??? inspect this bakery now...

Bought my birthday cakes here every year for 10 years. It's the same as always when I went back recently and that's a good thing. Of course parking can be a pain but what do you expect in a place that is even more crowded than 30 years ago.
