Burger King - San Francisco

The food is always fresh and hot and they have a great selection of cold beverages. Friendly people and it's usually pretty clean. Delicious soft serve ice cream ????

I normally dont give bad reviews in this case the shift manager asked me to use napkins for the bathroom handed me a handful then after the lady using it reports no TP and no hand papertowels because of broken h.papertowel dispenser, broken soap dispencer are you kidding me. Whos hiring these people and why are they under staffed enough they cant complete their job task to stay on top of all duties. The shift manager also used the next bathroom that is kept locked, i asked to use that one because its kept clean and had all bathroom use and needs, her response was no! Its employees only and locked it . Just want to add that im almost 100% sure she was Philippine decent and as i was trying toget her name from her badge she was covering it with her hand not once but twice. She was working the front handing out food and time was 1:09pm on October 31st, 2018. Halloween day. Hope someone acknowledges this.

I?m not one to leave reviews but this place!!! It wasn?t busy at all but took twenty five minutes to get our food and by the taste and not being able to chew it, it was cooking the entire time. Very rude staff!

Hey I jus wanted a breakfast burrito and this place jus gave me hell. I had to get my money back and actually raise my voice to get the cashier to get my order right. Never have I been to any other restaurant and received the service there of and I?m completely unhappy.

The employees were friendly and the food was fresh. The place needs remodeled and kept cleaned.
